Having had a brilliant
academic record in Graduation and Chartered Accountancy with
All India rankings and set up practice during 1976. He is
one of the three founding partners of SDU and takes care of
the Indirect Taxation division. Singhvi was the Chairman of
the State Taxes Committee of the Federation of the Karnataka
Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI). He was a member
of the Taxation Committee of Confederation of Indian Industries
(CII) and is currently the Chairman of Taxation Committee
of the Greater Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GMCI).
He is a member of the All India Tax Practitioners Federation.
He has presented a number of papers in various national seminars
and conferences.

He has been in practice
since 1976 and has focused on Direct Taxes since then. He is
the second founding partner of SDU. He is a member of the Taxation
Committee of GMCI and a faculty of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India. He is currently a member of the Taxation
Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He too has presented a number of papers in various national
seminars and conferences.

Unni
Rajagopal , F.C.A
After completing
his chartered accountancy with All India rankings, he entered
practice subsequent to a stint in the Industry as Finance Controller
of a reputed Company. He is the third founding partner of SDU.
He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants of
India and specialises in Audits and M.C.S assignments. He has
addressed a number of national conferences and seminars over
the years.

S.Venkataramani

He had independent
practice prior to the association with SDU. He is involved in
activities relating to the Indirect Taxation division. He is
a member of the taxation committee of the FKCCI. He is a co-opted
member of the taxation committee of GMCI. He is a member on
the panel of the Karnataka State Taxes Helpline Service set
up by FKCCI. He is a speaker in various seminars and conferences.

S.Ranganath
, F.C.A
He is also an advocate
(attorney) and has been with SDU since its formation. He is
involved in Tax representation and allied activities of the
Direct Taxation division.

R.Ramarao
, F.C.A
Initially the Manager
of the Bangalore Branch of a large Firm of Chartered Accountants,
Ramarao was with the Information Technology Industry before
joining SDU. He has expertise in audit of Companies ranging
from Proprietorship concerns to multi-national Companies, in
varied industry sectors. He is involved in the Audit and MCS
activities of the Firm. He is a founder member of the Bangalore
Chapter of Information Systems, Audit & Control Association
(ISACA). He is on the governing body of the Bangalore Chapter
of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Parthasarathy
Sudarsanam , A.C.A
He completed his
articleship with a large firm, during which he was associated
with audits of large companies in steel, automobile and other
allied industries. Thereafter, he had a short stint with a reputed
company in the financial services sector.
